Testimonials

What people are saying . . .

As a current SLP-A, the knowledge I gained from working under Nikki is immeasurable.

Mary Ellen Casner, BA, SLP-A

Nikki always made me feel comfortable, supported, and she built up my confidence in my therapy skills. I felt I was an integral member in the therapy process, not a supervisee she had to overlook. We problem-solved and threw ideas back and forth together often. She would gently push me out of my comfort zone when I needed. As a current SLP-A, the knowledge I gained from working under Nikki is immeasurable. She gave me so many tools to keep in my ‘toolbox’ that I will carry throughout my professional and personal life. She is exactly who I aspire to be as a future SLP clinician.

Nikki's passion for this profession is evident and the way she teaches it is inspiring.

Christiana Rosa, BA, SPL-A

As an SLPA it has been my pleasure to learn from and be inspired by Nikki McRory. She is an energetic and thorough teacher who provides comprehensive materials on the training topics she presents as well as incorporating engaging ways to practice the skills presented. She is both creative and well organized and I always come away from her trainings feeling well informed and excited to put my new knowledge into practice. Her passion for this profession is evident and the way she teaches it is inspiring.

As a mentor and one of the most knowledgeable speech-language pathologists, Nikki McRory helped shape me into the therapist I am today.

Cathryn Caldwell, MEd, CCC-SLP

My time of employment at McRory Pediatric Services, Inc. was a time of exponential growth and learning due to the level of training I received. As a mentor and one of the most knowledgeable speech-language pathologists, Nikki McRory helped shape me into the therapist I am today. She always knew the most cutting-edge research and treatment methods for pediatric patients and excelled in not only teaching these methods but implementing them within her whole practice with ease. Her trainings and overall teaching style is precise and she provides a level of encouragement to professionals that is motivating and beyond inspiring!

Nikki's knowledge of her areas of expertise, as well as her presentational skills and her ability to identify with her audience is a great combination for an outstanding presenter.

Natalya Szabo, M.S., CCC-SLP

I have had the privilege of working alongside Nikki McRory and McRory Pediatrics Services, Inc. for over 8 years. Throughout that time I have had multiple opportunities to experience Nikki's variety of knowledge not only in the realm of Speech Language Pathology but also through expertise in Behavioral Analysis. I have attended at least a dozen of her presentations and trainings on a variety of topics that include Picture Exchange Communication System, Autism Spectrum Disorder related topics, Applied Behavioral Analysis related topics, a variety of speech and language topics, as well as support of work life balance and time management trainings. During these presentations and trainings, Nikki takes great length to provide the audience with pertinent and practical information. Her presentations consist of asking her audience what they hope to learn so that she is able to answer everyone's questions, as well as an easy to follow presentations, back and forth dialog, and group activities for hands on experience as opposed to just reading the information on the screen. I find myself excited when Nikki presents as I know that I will be learning from her years of experience and not just staring at the screen. Overall, Nikki's knowledge of her areas of expertise, as well as her presentational skills and her ability to identify with her audience is a great combination for an outstanding presenter.
